Recordando los 80: Savage - Only you

Savage es un seudónimo artístico de Roberto Zanetti (nacido en 1956) el compositor, cantante, productor y hombre de negocios en una sola persona.

Su debut en la escena artística tuvo lugar en la final de los años 70 cuando formaba parte del grupo llamado Santa Rosa. Desde principios de los 80, decidió seguir su carrera en solitario.

En 1983 se registró bajo el nombre artístico Savage y se dio a la fama con el tema "Don't Cry Tonight" que tuvo un gran éxito pro toda Europa. La popularidad de esta canción era tan grande, que decidió grabar en el mismo año, su siguiente tema en el mismo estilo llamado "Only You".

"Only You" alcanzó rápidamente el mismo éxito que su canción predecesora y se convirtió en uno de los temas mas escuchados y bailados en las discotecas en esa época.

Actualmente, Roberto Zanetti tiene su carrera centrada como productor para otros artistas, bajo el pseudónimo de Robix.
